COVID-19 has meant that we are all finding new ways of working and limitations on our working practice. This is also the case for caring for the older person.

COVID-19 has had a profound effect on the health of the older person, therefore when looking at planning care for the older patient, we need to be mindful of the state of alert and the standard operating procedures with the dental practice, care home or residential home that we may be working in.
